摘要

The system for computer analysis of holographic interference patterns, based on digitisation of the holographic image of an object investigated and utilisation of the method of carrier fringes, is described. The efficient procedure for producing them and the simple algorithm for processing the interferometry patterns are suggested. The carrier fringe method allows the problem of uncertainty of the sign, which is always present in the interference fringe patters, to be solved. Examples are given of the application of the above procedure to monitor defects in honeycomb structure members and flat samples.
