A Consideration of Business Model of Trade and Finance EDI in e-Business

This paper discusses analyzing trade and finance EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) business models, through the categorization among e-commerce business process. Among bolero.net, TEDI and TradeCard, legal framework and formation of contract are discussed. Applying an approach of graph theory, three business models are homo-morphic in the trade chain. Issues of legal framework are needed to resolve prior to issues of technical matters.
