Temoro-Parietal Junction; Where the self sense the world

Various cortical areas saround parieto-temporal junction are considered to process information of spatial sensation, and vestibular cortices or higher order visual areas for external motion are scattered as islands . Among them, areas which are inside of lateral sulcus has a overlap with inner sensation. And areas around superior temporal sulcus are related wth sensation for outer motion. Other than what-where axis, inner-outer axis may possible to be set in brain.
