摘要

A contact problem is solved for imperfect spherical roller whose elements are made with errors. The load on rolling bodies and associated contact displacements are found from the balance equation. The roller is represented as a set of thinsections which are in individual contact with counterbody. Formulas are derived for displacements of the beating center. The results is compared with that obtained by simulation of radial stiffness of the spherical beating. Special-purpose software APMWinBear for the simulation enables the radial, lateral and axial run-out caused by production error to be calculated in hundred positions of the bearing.
