摘要

The numerical analysis of acceleration conventional process of Zn Galvanizing with using of Device for passing of vertical sheet through molten metal that is partial levitated in AC magnetic field is fulfilled. It is shown that using of electrolytic-plasma method of sheet cleaning and heating and coating device with vertical passing sheet allows to increase the strip velocity up to 5 m/sec and to save its internal temperature on level 150 deg C. It allows to decrease the power consumption and to obtain the surface heat treatment of coated product.
