Influence of annealing on grain structure of quickly quenched Bi-15 at. percent Sb-AE (alloying elements) foils have been investigated by means of optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction. It is found, the quickly quenched foils of Bi-15 at. percent Sb-AE alloy have small size of grains and texture (10 1-bar 2). During annealing, the size of grains is increased, texture (10 1-bar 2) degrades considerable and texture (10 1-bar 0) is formed.
