A study was made of the influence of an ecologically significant alternating magnetic field (frequency 8 Hz, induction 5 μT) on lipid peroxidation, thiol-disulfide exchange, antioxidant system, and energy metabolism in animal liver. It was found that the patterns of changes taking place under the influence of the magnetic field are dissimilar for animals with different individual-typological features of behavior in the open field test. Statistically significant changes were observed in the activity of separate enzymes of the antioxidant system and the thiol-disulfide exchange.
