TEN23, a luxury rental on the High Line, a popular public park built on a 1.45-mile-long elevated rail structure, won first place in the Vertical Application, Over 5,000 Sq. Ft. category of the Decorative Concrete Council's fifth annual Project Awards program. Located at 500 West 23rd Street, TEN23 features a facade of translucent glass set within an ornamental cast-in-place concrete frame. Based on the number ten, the playful relief pattern is formed by layering decagons adjacent to each other.
