There is a very broad and very well- considered literature in our field on the challenges we face in improving user experience (UX). It's worth following because there are always new perspectives showing up. For my part, I tend to think about UX in the context of all the information resources users confront in their research. Our profession's leading thinkers are rightly concerned with what happens in the library ecosystem. In my day-to-day experience, I sense that users are jumping between many information ecosystems and mix and match what they discover.
