摘要

The physical and mathematical models improved by authors for mass transfers processes in metallic MCrAlY coatings which describes aluminium oxidative and diffusion processes in coating - base alloy system as well as calculation and experimental approach for life time and average local operating temperature of coatings estimation based on proposed model and diffusion inverse problem solution on the experimental data of aluminium oxide thickness and aluminium concentration in coating and base metal are considered. The comparison of calculation and experimental aluminium concentration in coating and base alloy distribution as well as the determination of average local operating temperature of coatings method testing are presented too.
