摘要

The possibility of increasing cold tolerance in the offspring of F1 hybrids of spring rape (Brassica napus) through selection of cold-tolerant microgametophytes was studied. Microgametyophytes subjected to the effect of low temperature (9鳦) for 2 days in the period of pollen germination and pollen tube growth produced second- and third-generation offspring with improved cold tolerance. The method developed can be successfuly used in spring rape breeding programmes.
