摘要

The dynamics of polysaccharide composition of cell walls of Tatar buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) calluses with different morphogenic capacities was investigated. During callus growth, some alterations were observed in all tested polysaccharide fractions. These alterations presumably depended on reproductive peculiarities of the tissues producing the calluses. Morphogenic processes observed in culture under light conditions, both in callus culture medium (formation of hair-like structures) and in regeneration medium (bud formation), were accompanied with an increase in pectins and a decrease in hemicelluloses.
