摘要

The effects of intervariety and interlines hybridization of two morphophysiological types of triticale (undersized and tall ones) on the level of trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitors activities in their hybrids grain, have been studied. It is shown that the range of variability of considered characteristics to a great degree depends on genotype, selection of parental plant and combination types. As to the activity of trypsin inhibitors most of the studied hybrids (except Hybrid-9 (TT-1 X TT-3) yielded to the parental plants. While, as to the activity of chymotrypsin inhibitors they were close to maternal plants.
