A case of 'giant' aneurysmal benign fibrous histiocytoma.

Aneurysmal benign fibrous histiocytoma (ABFH) is an uncommon variant of benign fibrous histiocytoma, originally described by Santa Cruz and Kyriakos in 1981. Reports have noted that ABFH may account for < 2% of all fibrous histiocytomas.2 Because of its rarity, the tumour is often unrecognized by physicians, even by dermatologists. Here, we report a case of ABFH with unique clinicopathol-ogy, namely, an extremely large tumour with strong immunoreactivity for CD68.
