Research of English composition CALL system for junior high school student with the vocal output

摘要

Now English composition CALL system which can give the useful instructions for learners has not been used practically, because of the difficulty of applying of natural language processing technology to learners' answer. In English composition learning, it seems to be difficult to recognize mistakes which he/she made for learners, especially for beginners like junior high school students. We propose the system which doesn't present the correct answer at once, rather supports learners through the dialogue by giving hints according to the mistake which he/she made. And the system can offer the correct answer read by a native English speaker, in order to deepen learners understanding through the English rhythm.
