摘要

I report that the torque sensor using amorphous magnetic alloys to the public welfare apparatus was mass-produced. It uses a technology of controlling the internal stress of amorphous alloys. It has the feature of the torque detection by un-contacting, high rigidity, and high sensitivity. It shows the characteristic of +1% of repetition nature, can measure the torque of 0 - 81 N·m in the temperature range from -10 to +60℃. It was adapted for the torque sensor of a power-assisted bicycle and a wagon.
