摘要

The slip of the mixed powder of alumina and zirconia with various viscosity coefficients was prepared by varying the amounts of deflocculant and water and the milling time. It was found that the green density increased with decreasing viscositycoefficient. The relative density of the sintered body also increased with decreasing viscosity coefficient and a maximum value of 99.6% was obtained. The bending strength (1421MPa) was 60% larger than that formed by pressing. The observation of the finestructure revealed that the sintered body showed uniformity without separation between alumina and zirconia particles.
