摘要

Lately electronic materials and components with high-frequency property have been greatly demanded in accordance with high speed and increased capacity of data in the information communication and broadcasting fields. In such background, we have been developing high-frequency relays to stabilize them in quality and to improve their usability. This paper deals with a miniature high-frequency relay that has realized high usability and stable quality by both the robust design of characteristic impedance for the relay based on quality engineering and the unique relay structure.
