PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure an impedance conversion circuit which reversibly and finely adjust the characteristics of qn impedance conversion, without having to add a dielectric chip, or the like, or using an open stab having a long stab length, and a high-frequency circuit with the same. PSOLUTION: When the length of a stab ST1 is reduced, while the length of a stab ST2 is fixed, impedance Zb is moved on an admittance chart, in the direction represented by an arrow A1. Furthermore, when the length of the stab ST2 is reduced, while fixing the length of the stab ST1, the impedance Zb is moved on an equal conductance circuit on the admittance chart as shown representatively by an arrow A2. Hence, inside a circle with an interval between the center of a smith chart and a short-circuit point as a diameter, regarding an impedance track, impedance can be mutually adjusted reversibly by trimming the stabs ST1, ST2.
