摘要

Advanced finite element techniques, e.g. net adaptive procedures (rezoning) and the multiphase element method, described in part I of this paper, have been applied to FE modelling of both fiber- and particle based Ag-Ni composites. The results of the deformation analysis of these different models show good agreement with experimental data. We conclude that "multiphase" elements will be a useful tool in the analysis of deformation processes of real microstructures, even for three dimensional FE calculations.
