摘要

The mathematical model of heat-massexchange during the carbon raw material calcinaitionin the tube rotary furnace has been described in thegiven article. This model has been made up on the basisof zone method for the heat exchange calculation. Themodel includes the dependences of the radioactive andconnective heat exchange, the fuel burning, thevolatile substances extracted from the material andthe calcinated material and makes it possible tocalculate the process parameters values according tothe furnace length. The mathematical model and theprogramme created for its decision on computers canbe used during the research and optimization of the given processes.
