The last decade was remarkable by publishing of several atlases or similar editions on the native gold. In his book, A.V. Surkov has limited himself by drawing under microscope of 1958 gold particles. But the thoroughness and accuracy of the work is astounding. The exhibited materials become the clear evidence that, by their morphology, there aren't even two quite identical particles of the gold: every one has its peculiarity. Each particle has its dimensions indicated, the thickness including. The material represents gold from deposits of different ages, and this fact increases scientific meaning of the book.
