摘要

Taking into account the urgent problems of NPP equipment of Ukraine, the governing lows are considered for deformation and fracture of widely used in nuclear engineering heat-resistant steels of various structure under conditions of static andcyclic loadings at a complex Stress state in the range of operating temperatures of NPP equipment. The extension of some procedures for estimating the lives of the above steels as applied to the quasistatic fracture under pulsating low-cycle loading under the indicated conditions of thermomechanical loading.
