NTRU and NSS: Fast public-key encryption and digital signatures

We present the NTRU Public-key encryption scheme and the NSS signature scheme. Both these schemes are based tin hard problems in lattices and offer considerable advantages over existing signature and encryption schemes. We describe both schemes and present performance figures.
