Validation experiment report on DNA information for personal identification (part 1) - DNA collection and STR repeat number distribution analysis

摘要

There is a method to generate an ID for personal identification by specifying multiple STR locations (called "loci") and then sequencing the repeat count information thus obtained in a certain order. We tried to verify the real identification availability of DNA-ID obtained by DNA information and we collected actual human DNA from about 350 volunteers with their consent and analyzed their samples. This paper is the validation experiment report part I. DNA collection, extraction, refining, PCR and Data analysis using electrophoresis are executed In order, the results of which are reported in this paper.
