摘要

In this paper, we present a new class of public-key cryptosystems, K(IX)SE(1)PKC and K(X)SE(1)PKC realizing the coding rate of exactly 1.0, based on Reed-Solomon codes(RS codes) and Pseudo Cyclic Code. We show that K(IX)SE(1)PKC and K(X)SE(1)PKC are secure against the attacks based on the Grobner basis calculation (GB attack) and a linear transformation attack. In Appendix 1, we show that K(XII)_(sim), presented in Ref.[13] is breakable by a linear transformation attack. The K(X)SE(1)PKC presented in this paper is a revised version of K(XII)_(sim).
