Implementation of a career-oriented learning-support database with a multi-database system

In this paper we evaluate the effectiveness of a methodology for constructing a career-oriented learning-support system on a multidatabase system. This methodology is used to integrate the lecture databases and job definition databases in the multidatabase system architecture. This system enforces the support system for learning process at universities by providing a framework to construct learning plans. By applying this system. students are able to design their academic career according to their goals and the dynamic transitions of the society.
