摘要

A fragrance and flavor analyzer; FF-1 that we developed one and half year ago, has a thermal desorption tube to dry and concentrate an odor gas. To change a set up of a dry purge temperature and a desorption temperature of the thermal desorption tube, FF-1 can automatically and analyze an odor sample in some different conditions corresponding to different b.p. like a top note and a deep note. The results indicate that this system is able to identify a relationship between analyzer's data and the human sense of the aroma more accurately than a conventional electric nose system.
