摘要

Time correlated single photon counting system consisting of semiconductor laser diodes, micro channel plate photo multipliers and signal processing modules has been applied to measure backward scattering pulse analysis from a scattering media. A 10% intralipid solution including copper sulfide has been used as a scattering and absorption media. It has been become clear that least square error analysis for the measured and theoretical pulse waveform gives optical absorption coefficients and diffusion length of the scattering media within the accuracy of 10%.
