The report describes the details of a single photon time correlation fluorescence lifetime apparatus. The instrument possesses high sensitivity and resolution, and since there is almost nothing in the literature regarding the details of such instrumentation, it was considered appropriate that the design and performance of this instrument should be described in a technical report.
