Electrophotographic technology requires the careful control of adhesive,cohesive,and electrostatic forces in order to properly and repeatedly position micrometer-size particles into micrometer-size pixels,with the output being a hard copy of a digital image.In this way,electrophotography can be considered a means of microfabrication.However,electrophotographic technology can be used for other novel applications,as are discussed.To cite this article:D.S.Rimai et al.,C.R.Chimie 8(2005).
