A rapid and economic technique for RAPD analysis of plant genomes.

摘要

A rapid and economic technique for genomic RAPD analysis, based on extraction of small amounts of high quality plant DNA and optimized DNA amplification, is described. Data are presented on using the technique for the analysis of different Allium and Vitis spp., and interspecific Brassicaceae hybrids, and for genotyping maize lines and their hybrids.
