Neural networks as a method for elucidating structure-property relationships for organig compounds

摘要

Publications develted ot the use of neuronet approach to the modelling of structure-property relationships for organic compounds are surveyed.The main principles of the neuronet modelling are described together with the aspects related to representation and modelling of structural chemical data.Brief information on the neuronet models of spectral characteristics,reactivity,physicochemical properties and biologicla activity of organic compounds is presented.
