It was found out that high degree of sufidizing ofiron in autoclave disintegration of sulfur-sulfide concentrates wasstipulated by the nature of used hydrophilizator reactant (calciumlime) and peculiarities of kinetics of its interaction withconcentrate components. Preliminary pulp processing by alkalicalcium composition in the presence of sulphate ions at thetemperature not more than 96℃allows to decrease sulfidizingdegree of iron by 3.0-3.2 times as well as to lower consumption ofhydrophilizator reactant and to diminish elemental sulfur during disintegration.
