State primary measurement standard of liquid mass flow unit value

摘要

The actual problems of metrological service improvement of liquid mass flow (LMF) measuring instruments are described. The action principle, the metrological characteristics, the results of investigations of the state primary measurement standard of LMF unit, and the verification scheme specifying the sequence of the transfer of LMF unit value (traceability) to working measuring instruments are shown.
