摘要

SCOPE21 (Super Coke Oven for Productivity and Environmental enhancement toward 21st century) process was performed as a national project for the purpose of development of the next generation coke-making technology. In this process coal is pre-treated by a fluidized bed for drying, heating and classification. In this study, by bench plant examination and pilot plant examination, the quantitative elucidation of the phenomenon in the fluidized bed was elucidated for establishment of the basic design model of a fluidized bed process. As a result, by this model developed newly, a process design and process evaluation of a fluidized bed process became possible.
