PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device in which, even if flexibility thereof is high, peeling at an interface between a second electrode and an extraction electrode does not occur, so that conduction between the second electrode and the extraction electrode is stable and poor light emission does not occur.;SOLUTION: An organic EL device includes: a substrate; a first electrode disposed at part on the substrate; an extraction electrode disposed at part on the substrate; an organic light emitting layer disposed to cover the substrate, the first electrode, and the extraction electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer. A through hole is provided in a portion sandwiched by the extraction electrode and the second electrode, and the second electrode is disposed also in the through hole so that the second electrode is made conductive with the extraction electrode.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
