PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device in which, even if flexibility thereof is high, peeling at an interface between a second electrode and an extraction electrode does not occur, so that conduction between the second electrode and the extraction electrode is stable and poor light emission does not occur.;SOLUTION: An organic EL device includes: a substrate; a first electrode disposed at part on the substrate; an extraction electrode disposed at part on the substrate; an organic light emitting layer disposed to cover the substrate, the first electrode, and the extraction electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer.
