Features of Die Design for Precise Bulk Stamping by Upsetting with Flowing into Cavity

摘要

The means of preform fixing while bulk stamping by upsetting with flowing into cavity are systemized. The technological facilities and stamping technique developed and considered in this paper enable to increase productivity and to reduce metal consumption while keeping preciseness of manufacturing flat pieces with front protrusions.
