Abrasive ability of β'-Sialones synthesized through hot pressing

摘要

The abrasive ability of hot-pressedβ'-sialons obtained from the mixture of Si{sub}3N{sub}4, Al{sub}2O{sub}3 and AlN powders is studied as a function of the microstructure chemical content and phase composition of the materials was investigated.
