巨大災害に対する法整備に関する考察一首都直下地震対策を中心に一

摘要

Recently, it is expected that a catastrophic disaster occurring. In this paper, we considered an ideal pattern of legislation against disaster, especially Near-field Earthquakes in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area (Tokyo Metropolitan Earthquake Disaster Reduction Special Act) based on analysis of the law revision and the questionnaire survey directed at the disaster management office of prefectures and ordinancedesignated cities in Japan.
