Quality management based on user subjective quality for video streaming service

摘要

Services offering large amounts of streamed content will grow with the diffusion of high-speed access. Quality will become an important basis for the competition among contents delivery services. This requires the quality of the IP network and the Internet data center to be high. We propose the method of quality management based on user subjective quality for video streaming service from the viewpoint of processes from design to operation in this paper.
