摘要

Although There have been some researches on composite bonded joints, however, the effects of manufacturing methods for joints have not been comprehensively studied. In the present paper, a total of 224 composite-to-composite bonded single-lap joint specimens were fabricated and tested, changing the parameters such as manufacturing process (four cases) and overlap length (four cases). The main objective of this study is to investigate the influence of the manufacturing method on the strength of the composite joints. The carbon/epoxy prepreg Cycom 5276-1/G40-600-24K and the high-performance adhesive FM300K from Cytec were used.
