We report a 30-year-old female with ovarian lymphoma with pseudo-Meigs syndrome. She was referred to our institution with dyspnea and pelvic mass, Chest radiograph showed bilateral pleural effusion. Pelvic CT showed two solid tumors with several peripheral cysts in the pelvic cavity. At MR imaging, the tumor showed hypointensity on T1-weighted image and slightly hyperintensity on T2-weighted image with several cysts at the periphery. Tumorectomy was performed and histological diagnosis was ovarian lymphoma. It should be kept in mind that ovarian lymphoma tends to contain cysts at the periphery.
