Citizens' knowledge on diesel vehicles and the role of technology

摘要

Diesel engineers are now in a very difficult position because of increasing pressure on the use of diesel vehicles and progress in technologies in competition with diesel engine technology. To obtain hints for solving this problem, the key concepts are discussed based on citizens opinions submitted to the campaign, "Say NO to Diesel Vehicles' which has been carried out by Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
