摘要

To suppress multiple access interference (MAI). adaptive array antennas and successive MAI can-cellers have been proposed and are known to have good performance. However, adaptive array antennas cannot suppress an interference signal which comes from almost the same angle of the desired signal. On the ther hand, the performance of successive MAI cancellers is degraded by the increase of decision errors caused by the increase of interference. To overcome this problem, in this paper, a system integrating an adaptive array antenna and a successive MAI canceller is proposed. The performance of this system is evaluated by computer simulation assuming that all users are moving. It is shown that this system can eliminate interference effectively.
