Development of supramolecular thickeners

It is the most important for us to keep healthy skin in our life. From immunological points of view, skin is the first weapon to prevent our body from attacks by a lo of foreign substances like UV light, bacteria et al.. Normally, we have to keep sufficient water content in our skin. #gamma#-linolenic acid is one of essen-tial components in the skin and one of it's role in the skin is to keep water content. Borage oil is the #gamma#-linolenic acid richest oil among other #gamma#-linolenic acid rich oil like Evening primrose oil. In this report, efficacy to normalization of skin and safety of Borage oil was shown.
