摘要

The aim of this work was to study of the pathogenetic mechanisms of anemia at chronic heliotrine hepatitis. The chronic hepatitis in rats was obtained by repeated injection of heliotrine. It was shown that the anemia at the chronic heliotrine hepatitis is caused by high degree of the erythroid cells desruction, disorders in physical and chemical characteristics of the erythrocytes and intensive their phagocytosis by macrophages. It was suggested, that these changes are resulting in autoantibodies againts erythroid cells. The positive effect of the thymic hormones, espesially immunomoduline, was also noted. Immunomoduline may be perspective for correction of anemia at chronic liver diseases.
