On mechanism of antioxidant effect of phytin in acute hepatitis

摘要

Studies were carried out on 38 rats and 42 mice. It was shown that disorder in hepatic microcirculation, transcapillary exchange led to development of hypoxia and hyperlipidperoxidation in acute toxic hepatitis challenged by administration of thioacetamide (200 mg/kg). In contrary to silibor (80 mg/kg) experimental therapy with phytin (200 mg/kg) resulted in improvement of microcirculation behavior, decrease in hypoxia events, as well as in lipid peroxidation production in endoplasmatic reticulum and mitochondrial membranes. Restoration of damaged hepatic microhemodynamic forms a base of antioxidant effect of phytin.
