Dynamics of higher aquatic vegetation in the Rybinsk reservoir.

Changes in the emergent macrophyte plant communities of Rybinsk Reservoir, Russia were studied for 10 years from 1987. Over this period, the size of the littoral zone has increased, particularly with Phragmites australis, Phararoides arundinacea [Phalaris arundinacea] and Glyceria maxima.
