摘要

Two novel tetranuclear copper(I) mu(4)-oxo complexes (4a and 4b) were synthesized from the dinuclear copper(I) halogeno compounds 3a and 3b respectively, Both new complexes 4 (4a: X = Cl; 4b: X = Br) have been characterized by X-ray diffraction. In 4 the copper(I) ions form a distorted tetrahedra, the oxide ion being in the centre. In solution both complexes reveal a hindered rotation of the four eta(2)-alkyne ligands around the Cu-alkyne axis, Delta G(double dagger) being 56 kJ mol(-1) (4a) and 54 kJ mol(-1) (4b) respectively.
